High Technologies Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Omsk Aggregate Plant, is one of the most significant enterprises in the post-Soviet space in the field of aggregate production.

Back in 1901, an iron foundry and a mechanical plant was founded in the city of Omsk, and the enterprise has been leading its page of history in the field of aviation technology since 1941, when the Moscow Aggregate Plant No. 20 was evacuated to the city of Omsk.
